 Before you book your appointment, please take a moment to read through our full booking policy. It contains important details about our ID requirements, age limitations, lateness policy, general studio guidelines, and more. Our Piercing Policies - Let's Make it a Great Experience!

Hey there! We're super excited to welcome you to our studio for your piercing. To ensure everything goes smoothly and everyone has a fantastic time, here's a friendly overview of our booking policies:

1. Deposits & Rescheduling:

• We know things can pop up, but to keep our schedule running smoothly, deposits are non-refundable if you need to cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment.

• Of course, your deposit will be happily applied towards the total cost of your piercing.

• If you anticipate any changes to your plans, please give us a heads-up as soon as possible – we really appreciate it!

2. ID - Keeping it Safe & Sound:

• For your safety and ours, we need to see a valid, government-issued photo ID at your appointment. Here's what we accept:

  • Passport

  • Driver’s License / Provisional License

  • Citizen Card

• To keep things secure, we can't accept photocopies or digital versions of IDs.

• If you happen to forget your ID, we'll unfortunately have to cancel your appointment, and the deposit will be non-refundable.

3. Age Guidelines & Our Youngest Clients:

• Little Ears (8+):

  • For our wonderful younger clients, we need both the child and their parent/legal guardian to bring their original, in-date photo IDs with matching surnames.

  • If your surnames differ, please bring along documentation like a deed poll certificate.

  • We know this can seem a bit strict, but it's all about ensuring the safety and well-being of our young clients!

• Cartilage (15+):

  • The same ID rules apply here. Scaffold piercings require you to be 16+.

• Facial & Navel (16+):

  • Valid photo ID is a must, and just a friendly reminder, we don't accept parental consent for these.

• Nipple (18+):

  • Valid Photo ID is required.

4. Before Your Piercing:

• To help you feel your best, please have a good meal within 4 hours of your appointment.

5. Appointment Time - Let's Plan Ahead:

• The booking system shows your piercing room time, but please allow at least 30 minutes overall. This gives us time for paperwork, choosing your perfect jewelry, and ensuring a relaxed and enjoyable experience, especially for our younger clients.

6. Running a Little Late? No Worries!

• We totally understand that life can sometimes throw us curveballs.

• We'll do our best to accommodate lateness within reason, but please send us a quick message on our socials to let us know.

• If we're fully booked and have limited flexibility, we might not be able to accommodate your appointment.

7. A Warm Thank You From Us:

• As a small, independent business, we truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation with these policies.

• Please note: Piercing fees cover the service only. Jewellery is purchased separately during your appointment. We stock a wide range of safe, professional-grade options to suit every style and budget.
