DEPOSITS AND BOOKINGS
 

All deposits made to The Story of Us are non-refundable. Please note that the legal age for tattoo services is 18+. You must bring a valid photo ID (Passport or Driving License) to your appointment.

We require a deposit for every booking. Deposit values are determined by the length and complexity of your session.
 

RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATIONS
 

• Weekday Appointments: We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to reschedule without forfeiting your deposit.

• Saturday Appointments: We require a minimum of 7 days’ notice due to high demand.

A maximum of two reschedules is permitted per booking; further changes will require a new deposit.
 

NO-SHOWS
 

If you fail to attend your appointment without prior notice, your deposit will be lost. Re-booking after a "no-show" is at the artist’s discretion and may require full payment upfront for future sessions.
 

VOUCHERS & ARTIST POLICIES
 

While we accept The Story Of Us vouchers as deposits, these will be forfeited in the event of a no-show. Please be aware that individual artists may have specific policies regarding their work—we recommend confirming details during your consultation to prevent any misunderstandings.
